The weather gods delivered October snow, so we seized the day and slipped out to seal the deal of 12 consecutive months of skiing for the fam.
The weather wasn’t glorious, but the snow was soft, carvable and fresh. The quest for year-round skiing is not really all that difficult here in the Northwest. Just pick your nearest volcano and drag yourself up once a month. This year was particularly easy given the significant snowfall in September and October. Still, it’s cool to see the kids rally and make it happen. Next year – 12 consecutive months or touring . . .
